Currently Realty Partners is available in Florida and North Carolina.
Once your application has been reviewed and approved by our broker and onboarding team, you will receive our Realty Partners Agent Documents, which includes an independent contractor agreement, profit sharing agreement, license transfer form, W-9, plus a few other documents that must be completed and signed.
Please note, the application below is for REALTOR agents to join Realty Partners under either of our Associate Agent or Business Builder Agent programs.
If you are an emerging agent (defined as fewer than 5 transactions closed in the past 24 months), then you will be required to utilize our optional transaction coordinator service at a discounted rate of only $200/file (due at closing). If our in-house Title Company is used then the fee is waived.
Note: First year annual fee is waived plus free transaction coordinator on all files for the first year for new agents joining in August 2023.

To streamline the process, we will provide all documents to you via DocuSign for electronic signature. For this reason it is critical that we have your correct email address on file. If we have never confirmed your email address before then you will receive a confirmation email with a link you must click to confirm your email address.
The entire sign-up process, including transferring your license to Realty Partners, and getting you setup on our system should 24 – 48 hours. If you currently have listings you need to transfer over to Realty Partners then please indicate so as part of your agreement documents and we will send you separate instructions to facilitate a smooth transfer.
